To live in a world where people are financially free.
Money management changed my life, and I believe it can change yours too. I am committed to helping you develop a healthy relationship with money no matter your age, income, or end goal.
My path to financial freedom began while serving in the Air Force. I found myself living paycheck to paycheck as a single parent and knew something had to change. I looked great to the outside world but was stressed out inside. After making small changes to my budget, something surprising happened, I began paying off debt and accumulating savings.
After retiring from the military, I worked for 20 years as a financial administrator for a global company. I also volunteer at as a treasurer for my church and am a financial mentor for a Christian nonprofit.
Although I have been helping people with their financial matters for years, it was through helping my mother that I uncovered that helping others achieve financial freedom was my true passion.
See, as my mother got older, I noticed she was stressing over her finances. She had adequate income to meet her financial needs, but it required managing her resources differently. I showed her the advantage of utilizing tools such as a formal budget, emergency savings, and a sinking fund to help take the stress out of managing money.
As a financial coach, I want to help you take the stress out of managing money. I look forward to walking with you as you begin your journey to financial freedom (keeping in mind that financial freedom may look different for everyone).
